We slept reasonably wel in the Krabi La Playa Resort in Ao Nang.
We have an abundant breakfast.

We have to get up early, at half past eight we are picked up for the day trip we booked yesterday. During breakfast we are called because the van is already there.
We first go to a hot spring, Wareerak Hot Spring & Wellness, a good hour's drive away where there are a number of baths in a wooded area. The baths are filled with water of different temperatures, so you can always move from cool water to a bath with warmer water. Pleasant to stay for a while but alas, we have to go see more today. We rinse with cool water, dry ourselves and go to the van.
This is followed by the Emerald Pool, half an hour's drive away. To get there we walk past other ponds, without a name, and water streams.. The Emerald Pool is the largest pond and can be used for swimming. A little further is another pond, the Blue Pool, very beautiful. Unfortunately we don't have enough time to take a good look at everything, so a next visit is planned, some day.
We eat in a restaurant, a large food barn, but the food is above expectations.
With the van we go to the next and last sight, Wat Tham Suea (Tiger Cave Temple), where we can climb 100 meters (more than 1200 steps) to the top of a mountain over steep stairs and sometimes even ladders. The view must be fantastic here. We don't do that, we keep looking around in the temple itself, this is also quite nice. There are a lot of monkeys, and there is a warning, monkeys will pick up everything they think they can eat. We see how a monkey takes a phone and climbs a tree with it. It's inedible so the phone is thrown down. Shame about the phone. Pia buys an ice cream, and suddenly a monkey hangs on Pia's arms and steals part of the ice cream.t.
Back in Ao Nang, we notice that hardly any tips are given to the driver, which was different on other trips. There is also hardly any greeting when people get out, strange.

In the evening we eat at Ao Nang Rialto.
